Dear Members,

 We are excited to announce the addition of another more affordable health insurance option available to the members of HHA of CNY.  We have been authorized to offer to you a new health insurance plan offered by Excellus Blue. 

With this new option, all eligible members are able to attain affordable health care coverage through our association. 

Reimbursement for single coverage is $ 250.00; 2-person coverage is $ 500.00; and family coverage is

 $ 750.00.

The same eligibility requirements apply as the other plans offered.
